Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?＋
No. The Free plan is genuinely free — no card details, no trial period. You get 4 quotes per month forever.
What happens when I use my 4 free quotes?＋
You can upgrade to Pro at any time, or simply wait until the 1st of next month when your count resets. Your account and all your data stay safe.
Can clients accept or decline quotes online?＋
Yes. Every quote gets a unique link. When your client opens it they can accept or decline directly — and you're notified immediately.
Are Irish VAT rates built in?＋
Yes. All standard Irish rates — 0%, 9%, 13.5%, and 23% — are available on every quote. The 2/3 rule for labour-heavy jobs is also supported.
Can I use my own logo and brand colours?＋
Yes on all plans. Free users get a logo. Pro and Business users also get custom accent colours and can remove the Quotr footer branding from PDFs.
Can I cancel my Pro or Business plan?＋
Yes, any time. There are no lock-in contracts. If you cancel, your account reverts to Free at the end of the billing period.
Is VAT included in the subscription price?＋
The prices shown are ex-VAT. Irish VAT at 23% applies to B2C subscriptions.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?＋
Pro is perfect for a sole trader or individual business owner. Business adds multi-user access (up to 5 team members), role controls, follow-up reminders, and CSV export.
